what it looks like
The paperwork loop, in five steps.
An inbox of PDFs, forms and invoices. Today someone reads them, types the fields, and drafts a reply. We build the loop so a model does the reading and the draft, and a person still decides.
- Ingest. Files, forms and mail land in one place you already have.
- Classify. What is this, and who owns it.
- Extract. The fields a person would have typed.
- Draft. A reply, a record, or a next step. Not a chat window.
- Human confirm. The ones that matter get a person before they leave.
A support spike is the same five steps: ingest the queue, classify urgency, extract what the message is asking, draft a first reply, and a person confirms the ones that can hurt.
