A model that knows your shapes.
A general model guesses at your JSON schemas, your internal terminology and the way your documents are actually written. We train that guessing out of it, on your data. For example: support tickets, contracts and forms, or code in your own conventions.
What you get is the weights and a runbook, yours to keep, running on hardware you rent or own. A tuned model also stops needing long few-shot prompts to behave, which takes time and tokens out of every request you make afterwards.
Hosting it for you is a separate arrangement and we quote it separately, so the model you paid for is never hostage to where it runs.
how it starts
We measure before we train.
The first thing we do is look at what you actually run and what it costs you. That tells us whether a tune earns its keep, and on which task. You get that answer either way, and it is the same answer we would give ourselves.
