Website and engineering engagements

These terms also cover use of the lab website. Customer deployment engineering, delivery, price and support are agreed separately in writing; prepaid trial credit does not purchase that work. The prepaid obligations below remain applicable to the trial.

Website provisions last reviewed 2026-09-21. The trial policy review date is shown above.

These terms cover the trial endpoint served at https://api.tiyuvta.ai/v1, including any per-model direct endpoint we publish, and the account console at tiyuvta.ai. Using any of them means you accept these terms.

Part A. Trial service

Sections 1 to 12 govern the prepaid trial endpoint and its console.

1. Who you are contracting with

The service is operated under the trading name tiyuvta, a sole proprietorship based inIsrael, registration number 205365919. Contact: support@tiyuvta.ai.

Payments are taken by Paddle.com Market Ltd acting as merchant of record. Paddle is the seller on your receipt, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues your invoice. Their buyer terms apply to the payment itself; these terms apply to the service you spend the credit on.

2. What is sold

Prepaid trial access to the live DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash endpoint, described in the trial billing documentation over HTTP APIs compatible with OpenAI Chat Completions, OpenAI Responses, and Anthropic Messages, billed per token at the rates published there.

The trial provides model responses for testing your workload. Fine-tuning, architecture and engine work, cloud setup, on-site days and ongoing deployment support are agreed separately; prepaid endpoint credit does not buy those services. The live /v1/models response states what the endpoint accepts. Model retirement follows section 8 (Changes).

3. Credit

• Credit is prepaid, denominated in US dollars, and does not expire.
• Requests draw down credit at the metered rate. When the balance cannot cover a request, the API returns 402 and generates nothing.
• Our metering record is the billing record. It counts tokens, not requests, and it is visible to you in the console and in every API response.
• Credit is not a deposit, not a security, not transferable between accounts, and cannot be sold on.
• Credit has no cash value and is normally not refundable, whether it was purchased or granted. The narrow paid-account review after coordinated sign-up abuse is stated in the billing terms.

4. Automatic top-up

Automatic top-up is off unless you switch it on. When you do, you authorise us to charge your saved payment method for the amount you chose, each time your balance falls below the trigger you chose, up to the monthly ceiling you chose. You can turn it off at any time in the console, effective immediately. We stop at your ceiling and email you rather than charging past it, and we switch it off after two failed charges.

5. Your account and keys

• Sign-in is by one-time email link. Keep access to that mailbox; anyone who has it has your account.
• API keys are shown once. We store a hash and prefix, not the full key, and cannot recover a key for you.
• You are responsible for what your keys do, including spend, until you revoke them.
• One account per person or company. Creating, controlling, or coordinating extra accounts to claim promotional credit again is a breach of these terms. We may link and block all related accounts, revoke their keys, and remove promotional credit.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Break the law of your country or ours, or infringe someone's rights.
• Produce sexual content involving minors, or material whose purpose is to harass, defame, or incite violence against real people.
• Build weapons, malware, or credential-theft tooling.
• Attack the service: probe or bypass authentication, exhaust capacity deliberately, or resell raw access in a way that hides that we are the provider.
• Present model output as professional medical, legal, or financial advice from a qualified person.

Model output is generated text and can be incorrect. Consequential decisions require human review.

7. Availability, limits, and support

The service is provided without an uptime service level agreement. Use the trial page to evaluate the endpoint against your workload before discussing your deployment. Requests that fail with our error do not consume credit.

Rate limits apply per account for abuse control, at a lower rate while you are spending promotional credit. Customers planning sustained traffic should mail support@tiyuvta.ai with the model, expected concurrency, and token volume so capacity and account limits can be qualified before launch. Requests above the admitted rate return 429. Support is by email.

8. Changes

• Prices: we may change them with at least 14 days' notice by email. Credit you already bought is spent at the rate in force when you spend it, so a rise is a rise from the notice date, not retroactive.
• Retiring a model: we may retire a model on the day we announce it by email. Credit is not tied to a model, so a retirement never strands a balance: it stays spendable on the model that replaces it.
• These terms: material changes get an email and a new date at the top of this page.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop at any time. Credit is not refundable, so an unused balance simply stays on the account. We may suspend an account for a breach of section 6 (Acceptable use), for fraud or chargeback abuse, or when a legal authority requires it. When we block coordinated sign-up abuse, we email the account with the policy reason and a case reference. If we made a mistake, contact support@tiyuvta.ai to appeal.

10. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost data, or indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

11. Intellectual property

You keep your prompts. You keep whatever rights you have in the output. We claim no ownership of either. Model weights keep their upstream licences, MIT for DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash, and remain subject to them; we host the weights, we do not own them. Our serving stack, site and console are ours.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Israel. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections of your own country still apply.

Part B. Website and engineering engagements

Sections 13 to 21 govern the lab website and the engineering engagements we agree in writing.

13. Operator

14. Service

tiyuvta helps customers self-deploy open-source frontier models on hardware they can afford. The live DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash deployment is a prepaid way to try that work before becoming a customer. These terms cover that trial; a customer deployment has its own written scope and support terms. The trial documentation describes how to use the endpoint. This section does not create a permanent model commitment.

The trial terms on this page and billing and refunds terms govern the prepaid flow.

15. Access, limits, and abuse

Keys are self-serve: an account may create and revoke as many as it needs. Do not publish or resell a key, evade a limit applied to it, interfere with the service, probe another user's data, or use the API for unlawful activity. One person or company may not create, control, or coordinate extra accounts to receive promotional credit more than once.

Trial limits are stated on the trial page and in the console; we may throttle or refuse traffic to protect the service. Limits that do apply are applied per account. Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked when a key is abused or the service needs to stop. Linked accounts used to farm an offer may all be blocked, their keys revoked, and promotional credit removed. A paid account keeps its mixed balance for a support-led refund calculation. If we made a mistake, contact support. Credit is handled under the billing and refunds terms.

16. Your data

Data handling is governed by the privacy & data policy. Prompt prefixes may remain in memory until eviction or process restart. Purchased-credit requests with training off are not durably captured or used to train or evaluate models; requests paid from promotional credit may be, and a paid account may opt in for a credit back on its metered spend. Content-free request, usage, and cost metadata is retained for billing and service operation.

17. Billing

Usage is prepaid: credit is bought in advance and drawn down at the rate shown in the console before purchase, with no request fee and no subscription. When credit runs out the API refuses the request rather than invoicing you. Promotional credit is a grant, not a purchase, and has no cash value. Volume or reserved-capacity terms, when they apply, are provided in writing first. See the billing and refunds terms.

Trial usage is billed on actual tokens at the rates shown on the trial page. For any other route, the written order controls the price and payment terms.

18. Availability and critical use

The availability target is best-effort. Direct access and any route without a separate written service-level agreement have no uptime, latency, determinism, output-quality, or continued-availability guarantee. Current availability is reflected in the applicable provider listing and any published live status, not by a promised uptime number. Keep a fallback and do not use the service as the only path for safety-critical or production-critical work.

19. Changes

Trial limits, prices and availability may change subject to the notice commitments in section 8 (Part A, Changes). The trial documentation and console describe the current trial. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a new effective date and notified as required above.

20. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
