Billing
How purchases, invoices, automatic top-up, failed charges, abuse reviews, refunds, and chargebacks work on the tiyuvta trial endpoint.
On this page
In short: you prepay for tokens and spend the balance as you use it. Purchased credit is normally not refundable. The narrow coordinated sign-up-abuse review below is the exception.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds: purchased credit is not refundable and unspent balances are not paid out. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for every payment; a payment dispute goes to Paddle directly, and any refund Paddle grants under its own buyer terms is between you and Paddle. Start with a small amount of trial credit and use the playground to evaluate the endpoint against your workload before discussing a deployment. Promotional starting credit is available only when the offer terms say it is active.
If we block linked accounts for obtaining the sign-up promotion more than once and an affected account completed a purchase, we preserve its mixed balance rather than guessing which cents are free and which were bought. The customer may then ask support@tiyuvta.ai for a refund review. We calculate the refundable amount by treating the improperly obtained promotional credit as never granted and charging all metered usage against the purchased credit. Paddle and any mandatory consumer rights still control how the approved refund is paid.
How a purchase works
- You choose a card purchase in billing, or request an invoice for a custom amount.
- Paddle.com Market Ltd takes the payment as merchant of record and shows any sales tax or VAT for your country before you confirm.
- Credit lands on your balance when the payment clears, usually seconds. Your invoice comes from Paddle by email.
- The full purchased amount lands as credit. There is no first-purchase discount, no promotional code, and no difference between the price shown and the price charged apart from tax.
Prices on this site are in US dollars and exclude tax. Paddle converts and adds tax at checkout, so the final figure you approve is the final figure charged.
Automatic top-up
Off unless you switch it on. When on, we charge your saved payment method for the amount you set, when your balance falls under the trigger you set, up to the monthly ceiling you set (default $200). Each charge is a normal purchase: same price, same invoice, same terms. Two failed charges switch it off and we email you. Turning it off is one click and takes effect immediately.
Failed payments and chargebacks
A failed charge adds no credit and blocks nothing you already bought. If you raise a chargeback, the account is suspended while the bank decides, because prepaid credit cannot be recovered once it has been spent. Writing to us first is faster.
Invoices and business details
Paddle issues the invoice and can put your company name and VAT number on it: enter them at checkout, or ask Paddle support to revise a receipt you already have. If you need an annual summary of spend, we can export the metered record for your account.
Pay by bank transfer
For amounts where card fees start to matter, mail support@tiyuvta.ai and we will send you an invoice for a bank transfer, outside the card flow that Paddle.com Market Ltd handles, and credit the balance when it clears. No minimum and no contract.
