Questions and answers

Can AI work with the systems we already use?

Updated:

The short answer

Usually, yes. Most business systems let other software read and update information through official connections. What is possible depends on what each system allows, and on the permissions you choose to give.

How the connection works

Modern systems offer official ways for other software to connect, often called an API. Through them, an agent can read a customer record, add a note, create a task or send an email, with its own login and only the permissions you grant.

Where a system has no such connection, there are sometimes other routes, such as an export, a shared mailbox or a report the system already sends. We check what is available before promising anything.

Which systems

Usually email and calendars, customer management systems, task tools, document storage, accounting and ERP systems, and messaging such as WhatsApp or Slack. Systems that many Israeli businesses use, such as Priority or monday.com, generally offer connections; the details depend on your version and plan.

Permissions and safety

  • The agent gets its own account, not a shared password.
  • It can see and change only what its task needs.
  • Actions that matter, such as sending to a customer or changing a payment, wait for a person’s approval.
  • Everything it does is recorded, so it can be checked and undone.

What we need to start

A list of the systems involved in the task, who in your organization manages each one, and access for testing. We start with read-only access where possible and add permissions step by step.
